Nivea wanted to further connect their brand’s identity with their tagline ‘Nivea protects’. Instead of focusing on sun cream, they showed they cared about its customers beyond the product range. The advert had a protector strip that could be detached and adjusted like a bracelet to fit the child’s arm. The bracelet contained Bluetooth 4.0 technology allowing parents to track their child’s location through the Nivea Protégé app.
